We are excited to have received so many registrations for the conference, but unfortunately we have reached the limit of capacity for the social events.
So starting from today, registrations won’t have guaranteed banquet nor social events at Opera.
We are working to get more places at least for the banquet, but unfortunately there is no guarantee to have additional spots at that moment.
We will put in place refunds for those that cannot access the social events.

Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS.
Registration is required for all participants. When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant receives a confirmation by email.
Student registrations will need to submit proof of student status.
You must be an IEEE or IEEE RAS Member at the time of registration to select the corresponding registration rate. Your IEEE number will be required at registration time.
Conference registration includes:
- Online access to the conference proceedings
- In-person access to all oral presentations, keynotes, and networking activities (Exhibitors & Sponsors, Robotics Competition, Welcome Reception, Farewell Party, Social Aperitif, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and Conference Banquet)
Author Guidelines / Policies:
- The deadline to register online is on November 15, 2024. Onsite registrations will be possible on Nov 22-23-24, but lunches and dinners for onsite registrations are not guaranteed.
- The maximum number of papers per registration is 2. Student Registrations may only submit 1 paper. If an author is associated with more than 2 papers, a co-author of the additional papers must register accordingly.
- The maximum number of pages per paper is 8 (including index, references, etc.). Additional pages are not permitted.
- Thanks to the RAS Member Support Program, RAS will offer one discount of 145 € per accepted paper to one of the authors. The user of the discount code must be an IEEE RAS Member. The discount will be applied during the online registration.
Workshops/Tutorials registration includes:
- Admission to all workshops and tutorials
- Coffee breaks during the workshop/tutorial day
- Lunch during the Workshop day only
Workshop organizer Guidelines / Policies:
- At least one workshop organizer must register and be present at the workshop.
- The deadline to register online is on November 15, 2024. Onsite registrations will be possible on November 22, but lunch for onsite registrations is not guaranteed.
- Thanks to the RAS Member Support Program, RAS will offer one discount of 145 € per accepted workshop to one of the organizers. The user of the discount code must be an IEEE RAS Member. The discount will be applied during the online registration.
Exhibition only & Press/media registration includes:
- In-person access to exhibition & competitions for one day only

Outreach program registration includes:
This is a special day ticket for high-school and young University students who are not enrolled in a PhD program and are eligible for the Outreach Program.

In-person access to the conference for one day (scientific program, exhibitions & competitions) and coffee breaks only, no lunch, no access to the social activities and events

Member Support Program:
Thanks to the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, we offer discount codes and travel grants to support the participation of RAS members in the conference.
Discount codes (145 €)
For IEEE RAS Members who are paper authors or workshop organizers: the RAS Member Support Program has decided to donate a 145 € discount on your registration rate! The discount code will be communicated to the authors of accepted papers and workshops via email with the acceptance decisions.
RAS Travel grants (1000 USD)
IEEE RAS Members and Student Members may be eligible for a RAS Travel Award of up to 1000 USD. Check the Travel Awards page for more details.
PAYMENT
By credit card ONLY (secure payment system) – Visa & Mastercard are accepted.
NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be made via email to Registration Management. All cancellations will be subject to a 65€ cancellation fee before October 15, 2024, 11:59 pm (GMT+1). NO REFUNDS will be made from October 15, 2024. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself.
Registration fees can be transferred to someone else. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to Registration Management before October 30, 2024.
INVITATION LETTER
You must be fully registered and have paid the relevant registration fee to obtain an invitation letter.
You can apply when registering.
We are not able to provide a letter if you have not registered. No exceptions.
BADGE POLICY
Access to all Humanoids 2024 activities will be allowed only to people wearing Humanoids badges. Our policy is not to reprint badges or replace lost badges. If you lose your badge, you will be able to purchase a new registration at the current late registration rates.
Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.
Your family name, first name, affiliation and country will appear on the badge.
